All blends are handmade in small batches using natural, seasonal ingredients. Slight

variations in colour, scent, or texture are normal and part of the beauty of natural

products.

 

Ordering

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If something is out of stock

or there’s an issue, we’ll contact you straight away.

 

Payment

All payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party providers. We never

see or store your full payment details.

 

Shipping

We pack and send orders with care. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your

location. Please double‑check your address at checkout.

 

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are skincare, teas, and consumables, we can’t accept returns for

change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll help make

it right.
